The one true God is an eternal family of self-giving life and love between The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. Three seperate eternal beings that are each God, yet they are one nature/substance. They are one God
Jesus is God-The Son-incarnate. We worship God the Father through our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ by the inspiration and guidance of the Holy Spirit. God bless.

both are the same. if you mean "Which are we supposed to worship; Jesus or the Father", then the answer is that praise and worship go to the Father even by glorifying the Son and the Spirit. got it? God as a whole get's the praise anyway.

We should worship God. Jesus Christ said: “The hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for such the Father seeks to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:23, 24
God's name is Jehovah. (Ps. 83:18) His Son, Jesus, called him the only true God. (John 17:3)

"For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.
As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:
Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily."
Colossians 2:5-9 kjv.
