How do you grow your hair out?

My hair grows REALLY slow and I was wondering if any of you had any idea how to make it either look longer or grow faster. Please help. I've always admired people with long hair and I just can't seem to get mine to grow.

you could try prenatal vitamins you can buy them over the counter at places like walmart or walgreens they are not the ones that doctors prescribe but they will work. they are not bad for you so you can take them even if you are not pregnant. also get a minimal trim every 6 weeks or so and avoid using a hot iron or curling iron. try deep conditioning it too at least once a week. healthy hair is long hair

Keep it very healthy. Get a trim one every one to two months. brush it daily and hope it grows. There is no set routine to make it grow faster. You dont want to stop cutting it because then your ends will dry out and you will need to cut a lot of your hair. So make sure to just keep it healthy!

Try extensions while you wait for it to grow. You can get the look of long hair by wearing the paris hilton type head scarves or the headband with the long stream coming down.

you have to trim ur ends every 4 weeks this is to keep the split ends away if you don't you hair will start breaking instead of growing . don't cut just a light trim.

trust me you DO NOT want long hair mine is just above my butt and im getting it cut to my shoulder soon hopefully i dont do aything special it just natually grows fast but i dont cut it that often just trims

maybe yo can get hair extentions?
