Yes Jesus was a son of God.

But according to Jesus we are ALL gods.

In John 10:34-39; Jesus called the pharisees gods

In John 14:12; Jesus said that we could do the works he did, and greater works than he did.

There is ONLY ONE chapter in the bible where Jesus professes to be Deity, and the ONLY son of God. That is the third Chapter of John. In virtually all other places where Jesus referrs to himself; he called himself the son of man.

If you doubt me; feel free to read the scriptures for yourself.

What made Jesus so special was that he had attained god realization, and was willing to do the will of the father instead of his own.

As a kahuna; I have also attained god realization, and have seen many miracles happen under my hands when doing a healing.

I see Jesus not as Deity to worship; but I see him as a big brother setting an example for us to follow.

Jesus was God's only Begotten Son~ begotten means first born in Greek. He is the Only Son of God b/c He's the only one who's been resurrected. Yes Jesus and others raised people from the dead, but they later died; Jesus didn't die again, He was resurrected and went to heaven alive.

Jesus said Himself, that we would do greater works than the ones he did because He goes to His Father.

We are his chirldren and I think we have not tapped into the things we can do. Perhaps it is not time yet for these things to be revealed but Jesus says we will do the things he did and even greater things....the Pentacostal Chruch comes closer than any Chruch I know but still there is something missing....

There’s a wonderful passage that has intrigued me; I’m sure it has raised questions in your mind. It’s in the 14th chapter of John, the 12th verse, where Jesus says to his disciples:

"The work that I do, ye shall do," and then he adds this, "and greater works than these shall you do, because I go unto my Father

Jesus was the only begotten son.

We Christians, however, are considered like adopted sons and daughters in that we are all equal heirs with Jesus to the rewards of Heaven. Jesus calls us 'bretheren'.

Ladies, do not fear. You are included in the term 'bretheren', so you are considered adopted sisters, and are also equal heirs. This is contrary to the old laws of inheritance, by the way. God was providing for you, equally, more than 2,000 years ago........

No. The Bible calls Jesus the "only-begotten Son" of God. (John 1:14) When one considers that Jesus was not the only spirit son of God created in heaven, it becomes evident why the term "only-begotten Son" was used in his case. Countless other created spirit beings, angels, are also called "sons of God," in the same sense that Adam was, because their life-force originated with Jehovah God, the Fountain, or Source, of life. (Job 38:7; Psalm 36:9; Luke 3:38) But these were all created through the "only-begotten Son," who was the only one directly begotten by God. Colossians 1:15-17.

I believe Jesus was the Son of God, and Jesus told his disciples, if they had faith as a grain of mustard seed, they could do miracles just as he did. I believe that if one is truly as close to God in their life as they should be, they to can do miracles today as Jesus, Paul, and others did then.

Jesus is Buddha ver. 2

600 yeas before Jesus,
Buddha said -
"If bandits cut you down in pieces with a saw,
and if you generate any ill thought against them,
you dont follow my teaching. My teaching is to wish good even to them those who hurt you."

Also the parable of Prodigal Son was told exactly
as it is by Buddha.
Any connection?

Well the bible calls Jesus his only son. That means that God had no other children. While we (the believers) call ourselves his children and even the bible calls us his children it is not in the same since if the word as we use it.

I believe He was the Son of God bacause:

1)He believed it:

"If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken),
do you say of Him, whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God'? "
John 10:35-36

2)God the Father said He was:

"After six days Jesus took with him Peter, James and John the brother of James, and led them up a high mountain by themselves. There he was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as the light. Just then there appeared before them Moses and Elijah, talking with Jesus.
Peter said to Jesus, "Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you wish, I will put up three shelters—one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah."
While he was still speaking, a bright cloud enveloped them, and a voice from the cloud said, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!" "
Matthew 17:1-5

3)Peter, under the direct inspiration of God said He was:
"When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, "Who do people say the Son of Man is?"
They replied, "Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets."
"But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?"
Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."
Jesus replied, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven."
Matthew 16:13-17

4) The Holy Spirit, according to Paul said He was:

"Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle and set apart for the gospel of God— the gospel he promised beforehand through his prophets in the Holy Scriptures regarding his Son, who as to his human nature was a descendant of David, and who through the Spirit of holiness was declared with power to be the Son of God by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord."
Romans 1:1-4

There are other witnesses, but that is weighty enough for me.
