Courtesy is the # 1 way to increase clientel. churches and Grocery stores have been doing it for years. It is a nice gesture to let the customer know that you appreciate their business and also to keep them coming back. No one knows what tomorrow will bring with the economy. To get the customers in your business now in order to keep the doors open is wise. You should be thankful because in the long run, it is good job security.
