i have my own idea of god where he loves everyone and there is no adam and eve or jesus, theres just god and he watches us. But if he IS helping kids in africa, i didnt notice cuz most of them are dieing, and they say gay people can help it, but my uncle (who is gay) wore princess dresses and nail polish when he was 4. he didnt really have much of a choice.

He does not hate gay people he just hates their sin their lifestyle. That is different than hating the person his/herself.

As for wars and famine he's not miss beauty pageant.

The blood of Jesus represents cleaniness and unity

The only reason he sends people in Hell is that people refuse to believe in Him or denies Him.

The 10 Commandments thing, no it's not a made up story. It's sensible and moral that actually keeps people healthy and mentally stable if they follow it.

God made Adam and Eve to be perfect and have kids and fulfill the world. When they sinned, everyone would now be imperfect and there would be suffering. God does not like that people suffer, but because our first parents sinned, we have to deal with imperfection (sickness, suffering).

He does not hate gay people, but instead their actions. He made man and woman to be a couple, not woman and woman. His purpose was for man and woman, so therefore, anything contrary is not his purpose. We can all control actions. People may feel a certain way towards the same sex, but they can fight it if they want to and not get in a relationship that God does not approve of. These problems came about because of sin, and since we are imperfect, doing the right thing is always hard.

Originally, drinking the blood of Christ was to commemorate when he gave his life for us to be able to live forever and for our sins. Only those going to heaven are suppose to drink the blood (red wine) according to the book of Revelation. We still commemorate that day but should not drink from the cup of wine.

The 10 commandments were for the people back in the day and when Jesus gave his life for us, we no longer had to follow it.

God does not send people to hell. Actually, the word hell is found in many Bible translations; in the same versus other translations read "the grave", "the world of the dead," and so forth. Other Bibles simply translate the original language words that are sometimes rendered "hell;" that is, they express them with the letters or our alphabet, but leave the words untranslated. The Hebrew she'ohl' and its Greek equivalent hai'des, which refer, not to an individual burial place, but to the common grave of dead mankind; also the Greek ge'en'na, which is used as a symbol of eternal destruction. However, both in Christendom and in many non-Christian religions it is taught that hell is a place of inhabited by demons and where the wicked, after death, are punished, and some believe that it is with torment. Hell simply means dirt (ashes), what we turn into once we die. So once someone is dead, they are dead.

Some nice things about God can be found in Revelation 21:1-4. We won't have to continue suffering one day and he will take away pain.

Jesus teaches us in the bible that the poor starving children will have a thousand times better chance of sitting beside Him in heaven than a rich man will.

God doesn't hate gay people. Do you think He hates everyone who is born different than most people? Of course not...!

We are not actually drinking Jesus's blood. At the Last Supper Jesus used to wine to symbolize his blood that was sacrificed when he was crucified to save our souls.

The 10 Commandments are EXACTLY like Mom making stuff up to get their kids to behave! We are God's children and sometimes we're not too smart so we need something to steer us in the right direction.

God gives us the free will to choose whether we want to lead a righteous life and go to Heaven or lead a bad life and go to hell.

I think it is good that you are answering these questions. Don't ever be afraid to ask.

Well my friend, I guess it all depends on what concept of God you are speaking of.
By the sounds of it, you are speaking of the "christian god"

Please note that i speak only for myself and not anyone else, but some may agree with my views. I do not believe in hell, my concept of the god/goddess does not have any type of contempt against gay people/ my god/goddess does not require me to drink the blood of anyone....and the main rule in my beliefs is " An harm ye none, do what ye will"

We are not here to pity the less fortunate, but to be able to empathize...for we are all here to learn different life lessons, and we do not know what lessons each other are here to learn or what obstacles are here for them to overcome. I believe that we do the right thing, because it is the right thing to do....not because we get rewarded for it, or because we score some type of brownie points...but just to have personal integrity.
Perhaps you may benefit from reading a book that actually made me take a look at myself and my core beliefs when it comes to spirituality....That would be a book called,
"The Way of The Peaceful Warrior"

Only a suggestion, and just to let you know that you need not stick with a religion or concept of a higher power that is so mean and judgemental.....My concept is a very loving all knowing peaceful and patient entity....with a very wry sense of humor. Feel free to seek out your own spiritual path, look at other sacred texts and spiritual beliefs, look for the common themes not the differences. For while we are always seeking the will of God, we are always growing and progressing. When we stop searching is when we get stagnant.

I hope you find what it is you seek.

Blessings to you and yours

there have been many things where god has not helped people. Have you ever heard of the Black Plauge? 9/11?

God does not hate, He loves. Gay people go against the original plan and creation. Who said He hates?

We drink the blood(wine) of Christ because at the last supper he wanted to have a peice of Him inside us forever.

The 10 commandments do not sound like that.

God sends people to Hell that do not listen to His words and do not follow the 10 commandments. Even so, you can apologize.

And no one can explain everything. So if you r truly religious, you should just belive.

My God does help the starving children in Africa. My God loves gay people.

My God hates sin. Sinners need to realize they are a sinner & can help it by admitting they need a Savior to save them from their sins.

Jesus said that we are to drink of the fruit of the vine. This is His blood that is shed for the remission of sins of many. I would much rather remember Jesus Christ sacrifice for my sins than going to some devil cult & drink some chickens blood.

And the 10 commandments is like a Heavenly Father who wants His children to behave.

God is sooo forgiving. But some people don't repent & then shake their fists at God. So? Jesus said that hell is prepared for the devil & his angels. Some people just choose to be the devils angels.

The dieing children in Africa is a fact. These dieing children leave for heaven for eternal happiness with their creator ( God ). God gave humans allover the world the means in which we could all help eachother. But because of man's selfishness not much is done. These people will have to face God for their inaction.
Just think of all the money spent for the military...just 10% of this budget would feed all hungry children.
God does love gay people...it is their sin which he does not accept. He has the power to change their hearts and minds if only they call upon him. Sorry for your uncle if he got caught in this homosexual trap. He also can call upon God for deliverance.
As for the drinking of blood in a church, this would be gross but never heard of such a thing. We drink juice ( some take wine ) to commemorate the death of Jesus. The beverage only represents the blood he shead for us at the cross.
The 10 commandments had a double objective:
1 st: It's the ideal advice for a community to abide by for it to survive and be blessed. History has proven this and many secular philosophers recognize this.
2 nd: These ideals are impossible to go by perfectly ( who can say:" I love God with all my soul, with all my heart and with all my mind "? No one . This is to make us realise we are all sinners and need a Saviour.

God does not send people to hell.
Our sins are driving us towards hell. God is there before the flames and is warning us by many means: ( mainly by the message of salvation found in the Bible and announced by those who want to warn and save the lost with the message:
"Come to Jesus".) But people don't listen and turn towards religions and philosophies or just simply ignore and hop along in life wishing for the best. Many just want to make their own rules.

God gave us free will and we are responsible for our world. God listens to prayer and he answers it, many times not the way you had hoped for or expected. But there is a reason for everything, much of it beyond our understanding here on Earth.

God hates no one, but he does hate sin. As I said he gave us all free will, which means we all make our own choices in life. People who choose a gay lifestyle are choosing a sinful lifestyle...just as anyone else chooses sinful behaviors...sin is sin.

Personally I do not attend church, but you are probably refering to the drinking of wine, which "symbolizes" the blood of Jesus. I don't do that. I accepted Jesus as my Saviour and I believe that's good enough.

The 10 Commandments are very real, and should be adhered to. My gosh, imagine this world if we had no 10 Commandments! It would be a madhouse.

God gives us the opportunity to avoid Hell by accepting Jesus, who died on the Cross for us. No one has to go to Hell.
