Ok I have a friend that was my past college teacher and we have become closer friends over the past few months through email. She just had a baby and I would have never ever thought... but she asked me to come over and see her and her new baby at her house. She also emailed me in the middle of the night after feeding her newborn and told me she just wanted to ask me if I could come over because she was thinking about me. She is a great person and so nice and I really look up to her but I never would have thought she would invite me to her house... So do you think she cares/loves me as a FRIEND?? What do you think??? Oh yea and I am going to see her!

well, that's nice, but she may also be searching for a baby sitter.

This is kind of a "DUH" question. Of course she cares about you, it's not like she's going to invite people over that she doesn't like. If what your are asking though is if she likes you as something MORE than just a friend, I would have to say probably not, at least not from the small amount of information given. She probably invited you over because she's lonely, and having a new baby makes it hard to get out of the house. Go enjoy time with your friend, and don't worry about expectations.

She obviously cares about you, as a friend. It's just a little suspicious that she emailed you in the middle of the night, but as you said she was feeding her newborn, so maybe it was one of the only times she could email.

Honey I think you have found a true friend. I know you were communicating before the baby. I think she probably misses your friendship.I thinks she values you friendship. Have fun with your friend. God Bless. I would bring a small gift for the baby when you see her.
