Bang on their door and tell them to shut up. Their is NO reason for them to be that loud. And WTF is up with not being allowed to listen to music? Not even through headphones? You need some help, talk to a police officer/teacher, your parents almost sound abusive. Or just tough it out. Three more year until you can tell your parents off.
Or barge in and ask if they are alright.
Either that..........or you're a troll. I vote for the latter.
Have a nice ban :)

the only person you can tell is your mom. I would be grossed out to, or you could just leave a sticky note on the door that says something like "I'm trying to sleep"

Tell your mom to get married or send you away to your grandma. She is setting a poor example in the house by your presence. She should be ashamed of herself bringing in stranger into your home.
You deserve some privacy and respect.

Talk to your mom. It might embarass her enough to change. If not, try talking to your dad and moving in with him. Are there other relatives you can move in with?
If you are scripturally strong enough, you can talk to your mom about fornication and adultery, which she is committing. Just beware of the consequences of that.
Pray for Abba to give you a 'way out', some way to escape it.

This has to be a troll question. If your neighbors have already complained about it, then your mom knows you can hear them.
Regardless-people have sex. Go buy some earplugs. You are old enough to make your own purchases.

Okay, you're a liar and a bad one.
But if by SOME small chance you're telling the truth: JUST TELL HER YOU AND THE NEIGHBORS CAN HEAR EVERYTHING. Trust me, it won't ever happen again.

Get some ear plugs or cotton so you don't hear them.
Tell you mom that is bothers you. Maybe she will understand.

Bang on the wall/ceiling as hard as you can and tell them to keep it down. Things won't get any better until you say something.

Ask them if you can join in, an extra pair of hands may move things along quicker and then everyone can get some well earned rest.
