If you are legitimately diagnosed with BPD then you cannot join the armed forces.

However! You may wish to get a second opinion on if you are really bipolar... BPD is the new ADD... way too many people are being diagnosed as bipolar who shouldn't be. I'm am not suggesting I know better than the mental health practitioner that diagnosed you though. Only that it may be worth seeking out a second opinion from someone that specializes in BPD if you haven't done so already.

None of the Armed Forces will touch you with that as a pre-existing condition and there isn't any way you're going to be able to conceal it.

Any career field where you are in use of a fire arm and have personality disorder is a disqualifier. Can't even legally own a weapon if a background is done correctly on you.

yes, they have a special unit that serves in both the north pole region and one that serves in the south pole region.
