Get a tape recorder and record them. Put it under your own bed and play it loudly next time they are asleep.

I would talk to your mom about it and just let her know that you are not happy with the example that she is providing for you by acting so immature...and that you are pretty grossed out by her right now, and that you are having a hard time speaking to her and her boyfriend because all you can think about is the noises that they are making

As embarassing for you as it is, you really need to tell your mom. It's mortifying and I'm sure she doesn't realize. In the mean time do you have an ipod or headphones to listen to your music? Sorry you have to go through that. Just talk to your mom and explain how much it bothers you. As uncomfortable as it will be you really need to be the one to say something as it bothers you more than anyone else.

CALL THIS number and ask for their advice prior to calling 911.
1-(800)4ACHILD
They will talk to you and are professionals, and will know what course of action is needed.
ANY Parent who is behaving badly needs have a wake up call, and CHILDREN FIRST!!! Always!!!
AND don't worry about "getting in trouble".
this is your Mother's issue, and it shouldn't be a part of your life!
Call 911 and tell them that their are loud and unusal noises coiming out of the bedroom and you are scared of your mother's new boyfriend, and you are forbidden to play music.
ask them to please come check to see if your mom is okay,
this will get the police, and family services involved and get you the help you and your family needs.
your mother is being very rude.
ASK if you can go stay with DAD when she has "visitors" over.
AND tell the nieghbors to call the cops when they hear the noises as you are concerned about your family!

That is completely unacceptable! You need to tell your mom how this makes you feel. They are both disrespecting your presence by not being discrete. Would your mom want to hear YOU doing what she is? You shouldnt have to be going through this. Make her get you a stereo or whatever or tell her to get a freakin motel room, cause you dont want to hear it. Where is your father in all this? Let him know what is going on. Trust me, he is not going to let this keep happening.Sorry you are going through this.
