I used to use ankle weights before Tae Kwon Do tournaments during class and even throughout the day. You can get them at any sporting goods store.
after taking the ankle weights off after a long period of time (2-4 hours) your feet will feel much lighter and your kicks will be faster.

There are three stages of training you should go through in your Martial Arts education. You should practice constantly to achieve results. With the legs being four times heavier, it will be four times harder to master kicking techniques than say hand techniques.
The first stage of training should be the flexibility stage, where you stretch out all your muscles and ligaments. During this stage you should learn how to execute the techniques properly (improperly kicking for the sake of speed will in reality get you nowhere). Remember don't just stretch out you legs, but you hips and back as well.
The next phase of training is the strength stage. At this stage, you should have all ready developed the flexibility to perform the techniques properly, so simply conditioning the muscles will allow you to perform the faster with added power. Try weight lifting, sprinting, and calisthenics to build up this kinda strength. Also, actually holding head level kicks like a side or round kick for extended periods of time will do wonders for you (half a minute, with a head level kick and you'd be incredible).
The last stage of training is the endurance phase. This is the stage where you should learn how to execute your techniques under stress for extended periods of time. In a match or on the street, your opponent not give you the ability to rest, so you have to condition yourself to be able to function under those stresses. Anaerobic cardiovascular activities like running, sprinting, swimming, and of course sparring will help you develop that.
Speed is a function of strength and flexibility, and it will come only through relentless training. Hope that helps!

Strech a lot, such as splits.
If you have a drawer or something in your room put your leg on top of it. (if its a high drawer)
DON'T BOUNCE, meaning dont shake when you strech, keep still. Your not getting a "real" strech then.
Get some punch bags, wave masters, use those to kick.
If you have one have someone, ask them to time for you or time yourself how many kicks you can do in like 30 seconds.
(It will increase if you can do this)
Practice, practice pratice.
Also what kick would be talking about?
I think round house kicks? Maybe? Try snapping it. When you kick don't go full force, it'll slow you down. You want to be light.
Ask your master too, he would probably know more.

Speed training is the only thing you can do. Simply put you do multiple kick as fast as you can. Over time you become faster, but you do want to make sure you are doing the kicks correctly. Or it is for nothing

that's the main stupid element I even have herd in a spell. while you're in basic terms a yellow belt you do no longer even understand the fundamentals yet. i certainly do no longer care how sturdy you think of you're you wont be waiting to tug off the extra advance ideas or what there purpose for the strikes could be. in basic terms grasp the types you're doing now and those below your point and which will galvanize your instructor a lot extra desirable than leaping forward your belt point.

Stretch and become as flexable as you can be but also maximize your muscle tone. Tight muscles and bulk muscles decrease your speed. Try learning Bruce Lee's burning kicks found in his Jeet Kune Do style. Also, see what you want to accomplish in your mind, then execute the technique as you saw it!
