Grace is given to every man, whether they realize it or not. Their very next breath is a grace from God.
Faith, on the other hand, is given upon a new birth in the Spirit. It doen't get larger, but what is revealed to you grows, through grace, by prayer.

The Grace of God was given as an endless Gift. It flows like a river. Quincing the thirst for those who desire what it has to offer. No it isnt earned but it takes a while for us to learn how it really works. The best way to receive from it is to learn to give to it. Like a brook running into a creek then to a river then to a lake then to an ocean where it evaporates and returns to the mountains and start over again.

The grace and favor or from God is a free gift
Not to be worked for or earned
God hears all prayers he knows all sees all
God looks at your heart, man looks at what he sees

2Peter 3:18 But GROW IN THE GRACE and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.

I believe that everybody goes to heaven (Yes, even Hitler ) although I could be persuaded to believe in a non-eternal "hell". So in my opinion I guess It's just one big gift.
