I like it when it's done by a guy, or guys.
Any guy can get tickled by a girl, but
it's way more exciting to get tickled
silly by guys, if you're a guy.
First, your male ego makes you think
you're macho, and they can't get to you.
Then, if they are good at it, you start to
lose it, and there's this feeling of being
half-afraid and embarrassed, and then
they FORCE you to laugh laugh laugh...
and they lol with you, and it's so way fun!

I cannot answer for all guys (nobody can) just like no one girl can answer for all girls.
Personally speaking, I LOVE it!!!! I welcome any ladies to tickle me as long as they want to. Extra points if I get to return the favor but not required.
If you do a google search for tickling, you will see that there are thousands of links which tells me that a lot of people, men and women, love to be tickled. There are several groups for teen tickling where teenagers want to talk to other teenagers about tickling. There are also several adult sites. It is not uncommon or abnormal for people to enjoy tickling and being tickled.
My only requirements are that it is kept legal and kept respectful for all parties involved.

Well im not a guy either...but I know that my Boyfriend has secret spots where when i found them it ickled him and hell laugh and stuff but he doesnt like it all the time. sometimes he likes it but most of the tie he just jumps on me and tickles me lol which I love

i dont know why girls dont understand when it clearly states the question is for boys....and no boys DEF. do not like it...they like the flirting idea but tickling is just annoying
