The whole bible does a pretty good job of treating people like crap and making a nuisance of itself.

I remember as a kid going to Sunday School and having the girls in my class pick on me because of my hand me down clothes and my goofy home cut hair because my parents were poor.
Even with that, I don't blame God for their stupidity.
People, Christian or not, basically suck. I know the Atheists state they are the friendliest but their Darwinian theory that life is survival of the fittest sucks. They feel that they have the right to beat the crap out of the weak and take everything over. This includes kicking all the Christians out of this country because they consider them weak.
Just remember my Atheist friends, when the rapture & tribulation come, you will see how weak we are if you are alive to see it.

The Bible does tell people to kill witches. Unfortunately, there is no such person, so many innocent people were burned alive as the result of mass ignorance. It also provides a lot of propaganda that encourages violence against adulterers, gays, non-believers, and women in general. I consider all that a form of treating people like crap.

Right there next to where it teaches you to cuss and use foul language, it doesnt exist in the Holy Bible so i guess it is no where in the Bible...

Do you mean some religious people act like this? Don't unbelievers do this also. If it is an unbeliever, what is their doctrine of treatment? Rules? If there aren't any, you can see why they behave the way they do. If it feels good, do it.

It is not a religious text because it is not in the bible. Those are nonreligious bad deeds of certain group in your community. and are followers of satan and maybe they are son of satan.

"Love your neighbor as you love yourself". Some people don't really love themselves, not the way God loves them. Some have been so hurt they lash out at other people. This is one reason Jesus died, to heal our hurts and heartbreaks and disappointments in this life.
