Exactly 3956 days, and 4 hours after birth.
Really no one mature at the same rate. Just like no guy is the same. Im 19, and I feel ive matured over the last year, or so, but for all I know, I could be to immature still for some girls. I think it takes alot longer for most men to mature these days, because there is to much pressure to be that materialistic, shallow person.
Just keep your eyes open, and be safe when dating and in time you will find that mature person who loves you, and -- as you say -- makes you feel like a women.

Although the easy answer is never I will try a little harder.
Okay, there is no ONE set age where boys become men and grow up and become responsible.
Sometimes they have to grow up real young and sometimes they really do never grow up.
People can be immature their whole lives.. by the time they get older they will slow down I guess, but that is just their bodies they can still be immature.
So in a nutshell it all depends.
But I would say the landmarks are
-Moving out
-Marriage
-Definitely a child for alot of guys
-Anything else that changes things up for them

Some of them never do. "The difference between men and boys is the type and size of their toys" I'm being serious. As a woman who wants a good solid relationship, it is up to you to sift thru the chaff to get a good guy and unfortunately it can take dating a lot of jerks before you find a decent guy. You have to analyze yourself and figure out what your needs are and go to the places that will let you meet a good guy.
for instance a church group or habitat for humanity volunteer, possibly a outdoor cycling group, What things do you enjoy, do you speak more than one language and go to school, you can join a group there that studies Spanish culture along with the language. Start your own group

I personally that the real maturing begins after collage honestly. Boys are certainly not finished by the time that they graduate high school. I think that it takes being out on their own and having more deadlines to meet then the nightly curfew. So I say around 20-21. But of course this is different with all boys and all situations.

Their 40th birthday. Seriously, my man is 23, and he pisses me off sometimes because of his immaturity. Sometimes he teases me to the point and doesn't know when to stop. He does stupid things and think it's funny, which pisses me off like crazy.
He got hit on my other girls and brags about it, he think it's so innocently funny. He think that he's so cute that if i break up with him other girls will hit on him right away. Why can't men be mature and humble??
When I got hit on my guys i don't usually tell him because i don't want to make him think that i was bragging.
Sometimes doesn't know when to be serious in certain situation. I have a feeling he'll never grow out of it. So i'll have to say NEVER!
And, they are wondering why we women are so damn moody. UGH!

Maturity is depends on the person experience in lfe and the enviroment they live in.
I know ppl who is 29yrs have kids and a wife, and still go clubbing on the weekend.. i think this is silly coz they should be home spend quality time with his family don't you think?
i know guy who is 25yrs and he wanted to settle down have a family...
It is really depend on the person. But I think 25yrs+ is a good age for them to get over the "fun" and move on and know how to respect women.
Cheers.

There really is no set age. Some guys mature quicker than others do. There are a lot mature guys out there and I matured somewhere around 9th grade.

Age is irrelevant from what you're describing. They are mostly associated with one's mannerism, education, upbringing, sense of humor and even culture.
In this society you may find a 11 year old opening doors for strangers (btw thats my nephew) and a 30 year old who farts under the sheets (my brother).

When do girls mature? Will they ever know what they want in a guy? Will they stop telling us only the things we want to hear? The answer is NEVER..........because they have no logic(no offense).
