I have Directv HD. I have ONE channel that gives me a problem. When I tune into the local NBC (HD) program I get these small white flickering lights that blink horizontally above my picture. When I turn the channel to my local NBC (non-HD) they disappear...and they are not there on any other channels. Why would I have these small, white flickering lights (almost look like inconsistent dashes) across the top of my picture on one channel only? Also, the local NBC (HD) picture does not take up all of my 50" picture tube. I know this is common. There are bars on each side. The white lights are only the length of the picture itself, not across the top of the side bars.

What you're seeing is the last line of the sync/blanking bar....that last line is the Closed Captioning data and that's why it flickers.

Low Def LOCAL NBC puts a full screen picture out that covers the sync bar, and Direct TV doesn't...they place a FRAME around it, but their timing is not 100 % with the electronic framing. Otherwise you would not see those flashing lights.....

properly I dont suggestions a B cup, yet an A is especially small (pretty much no longer something). I dont like extensive breasts. in the journey that your speaking ourely from a sexual potential and not the rest, it must be a turn off. yet relationships are by no ability approximately intercourse in basic terms, they're approximately people who strengthen into friends, have an attraction, a connection, and issues in straight forward. So in a courting a guy can't have intercourse in basic terms for intercourse. in case you do work together in that, it isn't the incredible ingredient to do besides. Wait till you come across somebody like a excessive boyfriend beforehand you even get to that. And with the aid of than, the boy would be staring at plenty greater effective than merely your breasts!

Probably closed-caption or teletext content. This is used for alternate language captions most of the time. This is broadcast in the vertical blanking interval, the time when your TV's scan pattern jumps from the bottom-right to the top-left of the screen, 60 times per second. Some TV's will show this data as video, although it's supposed to be invisible. Just sloppy timing in some sets.
