I have Directv HD. I have ONE channel that gives me a problem. When I tune into the local NBC (HD) program I get these small white flickering lights that blink horizontally above my picture. When I turn the channel to my local NBC (non-HD) they disappear...and they are not there on any other channels. Why would I have these small, white flickering lights (almost look like inconsistent dashes) across the top of my picture on one channel only? Also, the local NBC (HD) picture does not take up all of my 50" picture tube. I know this is common. There are bars on each side. The white lights are only the length of the picture itself, not across the top of the side bars.
