I'm going to start off by saying that for the last week or so I've only eaten about 400 calories and exercised off about 400 and then let my body do the rest, I was losing a lot of weight, blah blah, but then today I splurged and had half a slice of cheesecake which amounted to an extra like 400 calories, who knows how many from fat, bottom line, since I know I've been "starving" myself, I am aware my metabolism has been harmed and therefore my splurge could make me put on a pound, so I went into the medicine cabinet and drank one dosage (4tbs) of a liquid laxative and it's my first time ever using it. I took it at about 5 and its now 10:20 and I haven't had an overwhelming amount of bowel movement or anything. What I took is suposed to be an overnight use, so do I just have to wait longer? Will it even still work on what I ate earlier? Considering I ate it at about 4, and everything else I ate today was around 2?
And I'm in no mood to here you say that what I'm doing is unhealthy...

Laxatives do not negate calorie intake, dear. They only make the waste leave your body more quickly. Digestion (and calorie consumption) starts in the mouth. Once your food reaches your intestinal tract (the point at which the laxatives would take effect), all the calories have already been used by your body.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
http://www.greatiguide.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

Keep it up and you going to end up in the hospital with a feedding tube, you'll gain plenty of weight from that. I've seen it happen more than once.
Sounds like you need some professional help

What your doing is unhealthy, lol.
Anyways, only use natural laxitives, syntetics ones, if you keep using them are dangerous, becasue you can depend on them,( you can;t go to the bathroom unless you have one), so be carfull.
Not to be offensive or anythin, but how you decribe your lifestyle, you should get some help or sumthing. you sound like your going anorexic.
Just wait i guess...

stay away from laxatives....you are messing with danger. How would you like to have a colostomy bag coming out of your stomach? All because you have destroyed your bowels
