All this talk about the end of the world is frankly getting on my nerves. In my verrrrrry humble opinion, it seems like the doomsayers are just waiting for the rest of us to blow up, regardless that they, too, will be blown up with us.

Do we need a saviour or do we need to smarten up and quit being so negative about the world, our own lives and the lives of everyone else?

There have been crackpot religious zealots predicting the imminent destruction of the world for many hundreds of years. And I'm sure there will continue to be until one of them finally gets into a position of authority sufficient to effect a self-fulfilling prophecy and it actually happens.
I hope as a people we're too smart to allow that to happen but I'm not optimistic.

It's like this. Historically, man has been on this earth for about 10-12 thousand years. There has been no improvement in human behavior and in many ways, could be getting worse. If left completely to ourselves, we probably wouldn't have made it this far.

The Messiah does not come to save humanity. He came to save people. Humanity is on a downward spiral. Individuals are what He is concerned with. He will save all who call upon His name - believing Him, repenting of all their sin and follow Him.

To ask if "we" need a Messiah is two sided. On one side, yes, we all need the Messiah and this is His desire that all men should be saved. But, as a bunch of individuals, it is apparent we do not all need a Messiah as there are many who feel they are fine without a Savior.

I, as many believers, do not wait for anyone to "blow up". I prefer, as is the Lord's desire, that all would come to know the Messiah. It is sad, though, that many will reject Him.

Only in Jesus there is Salvation.

You see, the Bible states that without shedding of blood there is no remission of sins (Hebrews 9:22, Leviticus 17:11). In order for sinners to be forgiven, an innocent victim must take their place.

In the past, the people of Israel used to sacrifice animals and their blood would cleanse them from sin. But ever since Jesus (the immaculate Lamb of God) died in the cross of Calvary, our debt has been paid in full. Ever since he died (over 2,000 years ago) we began living the "Grace Era." Thus, animal sacrifices are not necessary; the blood of Jesus is sufficient.

"Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

Acts 4:12

Jesus is the Messiah!

in all probability because of the fact they do no longer care approximately us. we are a predictable bunch. If I have been God, or an extraterrestrial, i might have misplaced interest in human beings an prolonged time in the past. Figuratively speaking, many inner-city little ones have the potential to advance themselves too, yet do any others comprehend that they want interest and reform? No, and individuals will do no longer something to help them, even nevertheless they could make this variety of distinction in the event that they chosen to.

Have you watched the news lately? Humans are not the answer. The Messiah has come and gone. He'll come again as a ruler. Isn't it amazing the accuracy of the Bible. Tic toc.

Humanity could save itself but a Messiah would sure speed up the process. I'm pretty sure we were doomed anyway. The clockwork of our solar system is winding down.

It will be all right, one way or the other.

Whether everyone on earth today spends 70 years walking around, on average, or spends 35 years, on average isn't significant in the overall scheme of things.

We need a profit again. All the prophets that came in different parts of the world have left only their memories through books. people now are willing to kill in the name of God. Someone needs to come now and make everything better again.

Man has ruled himself to his own detriment all through history. His track record is not very good! We are in dire need of our Savior, the Messiah to come back and rule the nations!

We need both: "Love thy neighbor as thyself", and "No one can come to the father except my me," Jesus said. No one can save himself or anyone else; only God saves whomsoever Jesus wills. So, you better watch out, better not pout, better not cry, I'm telling you why, "It is I. Be not afraid." John 6:20.
