Protein drinks are a great way to get your body back in shape. sometimes we can't get what we need in food.

what is great for one person, may not be great for you. Everyone's tastes are different. Buying a package of protein drinks and then finding you can't stand the flavor of it - is not good.

I liked a product from EAS but then discontiuned it. My sister had something from EAS - a Whey protein shake mix, that wasn't too bad tasting. It comes in bulk from the Sam's Club Warehouse.

I like mixing my shake in the blender with water and frozen fruit. Makes it like a milkshake.

If you buy in bulk, get yourself some snack size zip lock bags and put one serving of shake mix in the bag. This way you can carry it with you where ever you go and have a shake away from home.

Go to Vitalady's website and check out her samples. Find a flavor you like, and then buy the full packages.

Unless you're literally a world-class athlete, you don't need all that protein powders, shakes, etc. You can get all the protein you need in a regular diet. Eat a little extra chicken, turkey, or lean beef.
