my ex just instant messaged me out of the blue but i was busy and did not get back to her on time... do u think she still has feelings? its been six months since we last spoke... she said she never wants to speak or c me again... then this happened... and the weired part is that i was thinking about her and then the next thing u know she messages me... so what do u guys think?

well? call her and find out what she needed. Keep your expectations on an even keel and don't sound too overly excited...but don't sound annoyed either. I would let her know that its great to hear from her, too. but again, not too over eager...
maybe you should simply text her back?

Text her back. Don't call, maybe she is just checkin if your number is still valid. And keep in mind why you broke up in the first place.. Good rule of thumb is to NEVER go back.
