I could hear him in there giggling, so I stopped talking for a second so I could hear better and I could tell he was laughing. I would like to ask him about this and confront him. What do you think?

He probably gets a kick out of you confessing the same thing every time you come in. Change your sins up a bit and the giggling will stop.

yeah do it. Any ways, confessing your sins to a priest is a big joke doctrine created by the catholic church. If you read the bible: "1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; "
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Acts 4:10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.
Acts 4:11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.
Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Jesus is the only mediator. He is the only one who can forgive sins.....don't waste your time in confessing your sins to a priest.
Repent and turn away from your sins. Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Obey His commandments.

Mind you, I bet he hears some funny things in that confessional Box!
Tell me? If you confess your sins, does that mean that you are forgiven and don't have to answer to anyone else if you have done something wrong?
So, if you are catholic you can do whatever you like and if you confess on a Sunday all is good?

He probably won't admit to it, because he can't divulge anything that happens in confession.
I don't see the point in confronting him, but you would certainly be free to go elsewhere to confess and tell people why you don't go to him.

Why do you need to confess to a man, if god is everywhere confess to him. But god knows all so you dont need to.
