Any wheel that has a 5 x 4.5 will fit if it has the correct tire and backspacing
Some possible donor Jeep vehicles

1987 - 2006 Jeep Wrangler
1993 - 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee
1984 - 2001 Jeep Cherokee
1986 - 1992 Jeep Comanche
2002 - 2007 Jeep Liberty
2007 Jeep Compass
2007 Jeep Patriot

Others:
1983-2004 Ford Rangers, Bronco II's and Explorers

Dodge Dakotas, Rams and Durangos also used this pattern for certain yeas as did 1972 - 1995 2wd Toyota pickups and 1996 - 2004 Rav 4's and 2wd Tacomas

I am not aware of any suitable Chevy/GMC vehicle that use 5x4.5.

It is important that you realize that just because the wheel has the correct lug pattern it doesn't mean that it will be a good candidate. A mustang wheel is likely to be 17" in diameter and 10" wide with backspacing that really rules it out as a donor wheel. I would try to find a stock Wrangler wheel with a tire size that is the same diameter as the one you are running. Check Craigslist, ebay etc. it should be really cheap.

Here's a tip for you...your '99 Wrangler has the 5 on 4.5 (5x4.5) bolt pattern. Anything with that bolt pattern will fit your Jeep. The stocked rim size is 15x8. Also, Ford Rangers have the 5x4.5, Chevy's do not have the 5x4.5.

Nobody has mentioned the hole in the center of the wheel. It has always been my experience that the Ford wheel has a smaller center hole, and will not fit over the hub or axle on Chrysler vehicles. Check that out.
