If people get adapted to pain also, they fail to recognise serious conditions like heart attack, fracture etc and that is risky. Pain is the only sensation that is also a symptom. Pain is an unpleasant but protective sensation.

pain is like your immunity system, your tonsils or lymph nodes swell if they couldn't manage the infection so that you take the antibiotic to kill this bacteria
