I have a trip in September with requires 20 hours of flying and I am trying to figure out what to do in the plane too as I hate flying as well.

I think I'm going to buy a good, thick book to read and watch movies on the plane. Otherwise, you can put your mp3 to use and listen to music. I think it might be fun to bring in some 'game' books such as sudoku, crossword puzzles, or word search puzzle.

That's all I can think of. Maybe knitting? He he..

Have a safe trip.

oh roller coasters before they start and I'm freaking out, I always kick my feet, just cuz you start thinking about kicking your feet instead of the roller coaster.

now I don't think your gonna be kicking your feet the whole time but you can do things like take 2 short breathes and then 1 long one and contiune. You'll think more about breathing then being on the plane. You can do that until you calm down.

I hope this helps ;D

My favorite thing to do is hold my boyfriend's hand and make-out with him all the way to wherever we're going . He loves this idea too ! It gets kinda tiring on those long , 23-hour-straight trips to Korea though !

idk what you can do but I flew beside a man one time. He got in his seat, buckled his belt and closed his eyes with his head down like he was asleep. he didnt move til we landed in Dallas. when we got parked he unbuckled the belt and practically ran off the plane before anyone else moved. I rolled in the floor practically laughing when he got off the plane.
