Marlin made bolt action shotguns. A bolt action shotgun tends to be a pretty crappy action and is nowhere near as smooth and quick as a pump action.

Marlin and Mossberg once made bolt-action shotguns.

I believe Marlin still catalogs a long barreled goose gun and a shorter barreled model on their bolt-action.

Kyle..There aren't any bolt action shotguns being manufactured right now to my knowledge.. The only ones available are used Savage models like the one you mentioned and the O.F
Mossberg models that were discontinued years ago. They are still pretty common but parts are expensive considering they are used firearms. Mossberg made 11 different models of bolt action shotguns,.

Years back I purchased a new 12 ga. shotgun from Sears sold under the "J.C.HIggens" name. This was a tube feed and was very smooth action for being bolt action.
