Okay, so in the mornings, I have a cup filled 3/4 of the way with coffee and the rest w/ skim milk. I put a little bit of honey in it. Is there anything else (something healthy/natural, like honey) that I can put in it to give it a bit more of a taste?

I prefer to add Splenda to mine. But of course that is certainly not natural :) How sweet do you need it, if not much than use 1/4 tsp or less of sugar.

Ease up on the milk and stop the sweetner altogether. If a few days, you'll never want to drink sweet coffee again. The real taste is in the coffee. (The milk can go later.)

You can get flavor syrups, use a sweetener (I use Splenda), hot chocolate, etc. You can also purchase gourmet flavored coffee in a wide selection that has great flavor. Research hot air roasted coffee versus drum roasted for the smoothest coffee as the flavoring comes through better.

substitue honey with brown sugar and instead of skimmed milk, hav the rest of the cup filled up with hot chocolate or cappachino but that should be readily available.

if you want to improve coffee flavor then add a 1/2tsp salt to the grounds before you make it save the milk and honey for your cereal

You add a pinch of powder of Ginger dried in a specific way (in India we call it "SONT").It would release the flatulence and a bit of un-easiness due to stomach gas after a strong Coffee.

You could try real maple syrup, or maybe melt a little piece of dark chocolate in it.
