All the time i see on yahoo answers in dating, is answers about confidence and be yourself...... ive been doing this crap all my life and still no sign of anything. Im 15 by the way, never gone out on a date...haha i barely got a friend thats a girl. Screw this be yourself and confidence.....does it work? Not for me........so why do people keep saying this ****.....

oh goodness, you are 15, YOU DONT KNOW WHO YOU ARE YET.
And that is great!! What a great adventure you have ahead of you, embrace it. I am 40 and I am just learning how I am. Think how great you can turn out if you decide to form who you are about 33 years before I did. Think about it.
Confidence. Well look at it like this, if you dont like you and treat yourself with respect and dont expect others to treat you that way...THEY WONT.,
It is about what you want. Do you want a girl who feels so bad about herself that she wants to be a man that does not have confidence in himself and who he is? Thats a question only you can answer.
Which brings us back to the beginning. You dont know yourself, you are still so young and so much is ahead of you. Until you do, dont be so serious about girls. I will say the same thing I say to women, your worth and value is not determined by the girls that like you or even how many female friends you have. Your value was determined the day you were born. You are a wonderful, unique individual, worthy of NOTHING but the best. You just dont know who that person is yet...why shoud you, you are just 15!!

They say it because it does work. You're 15 years old, an age when things are as awkward and clumsy as they will ever be in life, so when you THINK you're being confident and self-assured, you may be missing the mark in some way or another. Try not to get frustrated and give up on yourself because then NOTHING will work, and your bitternesss will show in your demeanor and push women away. Be patient.

After enough age and experience, you will find that you can hardly keep from being yourself. You may put up a front and get her to like it, but when you are alone together you will find that she does not know you, only what you pretended to be. How long can you play the game of pretend and still be happy? And, if you really like her, ultimately you cannot live with the lie.

get some positive thinking type books and follow the methods. i was so shy it hurt then i made myself into a better person.when i was 14. with more confidence and all that. with faith.your fifteen and you want many girlfriends ?.take them one at a time.you act like your ok and people will pick up on that.you really only need one girl,. the one you fall in love with and marry and stay with.when i was 16 i had my own car. made my own money and dated a 24 year old lady for two years.then finished university.i was a man .and still am. fear nothing.You can do anything you wish to.you be a man.Create who you wish to be.its you that makes yourself Great. be Great. be somebody.

Your only 15 years old and do not know yourself yet ... let alone what you want in life. So you need to do alot of growing up and soul searching... till then when you get yourself together.. you will have some sort of answers

well it would work out better if you just told then what they want to know.don't lie if they ask u a question..but just leave some stuff out.like they don't wanna know about Ur past girlfriends...that just makes them feel intimidated. that's one thing you wanna leave out unless they ask.
