Both my husband and son are in the Army, they raised the Army up to 42 last year...I also belong to a military site so here you go:
Active duty Army - 42
Army Reserves - 42
Army Natinal Guard - 42
Active duty Air Force - 27
Air Force Reserve - 34
Air National guard - 34
Active duty Navy - 34
Navy Reserves - 39
Active duty Marines - 28
Marine Corps Reserves - 29
Active duty Coast Guard - 27
Coast Guard Reserves - 27

ftn83?
How can you say that? My husband re-enlisted at the age of 40, yes he's been out of the service for 17 yrs, but when he came back in, he's as fit and better then some of the young guys, what i mean is he kicks butt in PT, the DS use my husband as an example to the other men, stateing look he can do more push-ups, sit-ups and can out run you all and he's 41 yrs old! He has been thanked over and over again for coming back in.
BTW this is the first time in the Army, he got out of the Navy 17 yrs ago

as of a few years ago, the Marine Corps age limit was 31 (34 with a waiver and physical fitness test) for an enlisted rank and 35 for the officer candidacy school.

the army, navy, and air force might be a little older.

There are two answers, it is 49 during a draft and 40 during peace time. Right now it would be 40.

I depends on which branch you want to join. To my knowledge, it's still 28 to enlist in the Marine Corps.

Here is a website from military.com that gives the min & max ages for each branch. For each branch, there are slightly different enlistment requirements and it give those details also.
