Everyone thinks they have the best way to exercise. If you exercise at all, even if it is in split sessions, you will benefit.

well u know it's based on how much u want to lose really. if u do say all in one hour u tend to lose a lot cause its all together and not spread apart.if there is split sessions that would probably mean that u are just heading towards a trim,because say u do the one session then during that break u have that tendency to eat and it would feel and seem like all that work was for nothing but it all matters is wat u wanna do and how much u wanna lose.

Depends on what exercise you do. Heavy weights you can do sets and rest awhile between sets. Light /moderate calisthenics you can go an hour then cool down for a half hour. But test it out by going as long as you can without hurting yourself.

The best way to do it is all together . I suggest working out for one hour. If you want to do something else after that, it's ok. I would not split two 30 minute workouts. I have not found that to be effective.

Its actually better than oing it all at once because your metabolism is up all day.
