Not many families can deal with a Husky well enough to keep everyone happy.

The Schnauzer mix would be difficult to asses online.

What ever dog you get, make plans now to train it. We take our dogs to a training club. We get awesome results and you can't beat the price. See the link below to check out ours. It'll give you an idea of what to look for.

You also could consult a trainer (although they'll suggest their favorite dog) or a behaviorist to help with find the right dog according to the make up of your family.

Best wishes.

well i have a Siberian husky and yes, they can be quite stubborn. but as a family pet, they are fantastic. i am only 14 and zoe - my husky - is my first family pet. just recently, my little baby cousin came to my house and this was the first time zoe had been around a child younger than 1. she was just great with her. very gentle and didnt get too close or excited around her. my mum and dad were a bit worried she might do something stupid but there was no need to worry. so, as a family pet, i say go for it

but im afraid i cant help you with the schnauzer sorry, never had one before so anything i would say about them would be a guess.

hope i helped
good luck :)

that's like asking if you are like the other girl down the street that looks just like you. of course the answer is no.not all Sheppard's are stubborn, and not all schnauzers are over protective. aside from breed, they are all dogs and structure in there life with you. with a dog that has a natural inclination to protect, you can always build it up or tone it down.A barky dog can be corrected regardless of breed or mixed.put it this way, if i say get a husky and it turns out too be stubborn, was i wrong?or was it raised that way?

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU8JU

A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

I'd choose the Husky. Cause They are very smart animals. Example: If you leave them in your backyard for too long they will figure out a way to get out. Plus they are an exellent family dog. Protective, loyal.
