A photographer or photo journalist . You could either go on photo shoots around the world, or just do weddings and special occasions. Either way, you're moving around, and it's somewhere different all the time. You'd be around people, but working on your own thing, so they won't bother you. Plus they are paying you by the hour, so tell them to scam or your rate goes up.

I'd suggest tree surgery, or landscaping or animal management, such as a shelter.
