Get some ranch dip powder & mix it up. Eat it with potato chips or carrots & celery.
Make beef & noodles & add sour cream at the last minute--beef stroganoff.
Put a teaspoon of honey and a couple drips of vanilla extract--fruit dip!
You can add it to almost any casserole dish, and it makes cakes extra rich and tasty.
I have a recipe for 2-banana cake (you make it when you have 2 very ripe bananas you don't want to throw away). It's got lots of sour cream in it. If you'd like the recipe, e-mail me.

Almost all of the above mentioned...PLUS -
Hashbrowns
Tomato Soup
On top of a burger, with salsa and hot peppers!
Add it to Mashed Potatoes instead of milk or cream
Add powdered sugar to it and a dab of vanilla for a REALLY QUICK AND WONDERFUL FROSTING!!
Omit the COLD WATER ONLY (you still need to add the hot water to dissolve the granules) and add equal parts sour cream to a box of jello, whisk thoroughly and chill for a FRESH tasting Jello Salad!!
1/4 cup mayo, 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 cans of tiny shrimp, drained, 1 tbsp relish, and a splash of ketchup for a TASTY shrimp salad sandwich. (Honestly, you can do this with any canned meat!!)
And that's just off the top of my head!!
I LUV SOUR CREAM!!

This will sound weird but dip a strawberry in sour cream and then into a little brown sugar. It's killer!

Add honey, nuts, granola and have a snack.
Spread it on bread with sugar and cinnamon.
(My parents like to put sour cream into borscht.)
