help with windows system directory?

I HAVE TO INSTALL A DLL FILE ON TO "WINDOS SYSTEMM DIRECTORY" HOW DO I GET TO THIS FOLDER OR FILE IN MY COMPUTER TO PT THE DLL FILE IN IT? IM NOT GOOD AT COMPUTERS SO ID APPRECIATE STEP BY STEP HELP,

Copy the dll file (Right click on it, on the menu click on Copy). Open My Computer, double click on the icon of your Local Disk (usually C) > double click on the Windows folder > look for the folder system32> double click on it> now click on the Edit menu and on the menu click on Paste.
It's done.
