Luck has to do with chance, not God or Satan.
The odds are always 50-50, either it will happen or it wont.

What's luck anyway?
When my sister had a car accident a while ago.... and she was pretty unharmed, she told me that someone up there (meaning God) was looking after her and she was very LUCKY....
I reminded her that it is the same God that put her in a car accident and it was very UNLUCKY that she had a car accident in the first place.
What's luck again? An opinion.
So, to answer you original question..... Luck is from yourself.... That is, it is your opinion that you are lucky or not, no one can make that decision for you.

LUCK--The chance happening of fortunate or adverse events
with this definition it would seem that luck does not come from either.
Neither God or Satan does anything by "chance"

you, and your ancestors, that is... your luck is the result of the actions/reactions of those that came before you. It is tempered by your own actions.

I don't think there is any such thing as luck.I believe God has set certain laws into effect,and everything that happens is associated with those laws.
