it's because you're still a growing girl and you're obviously having a growth spurt. You should see my daughter (age 6) when she's on a growth spurt. The girl could eat the moon and still have time for pudding!
Also, my sister ate like a horse as a teenager. Still does in fact, and she's skinny like a whippet!
Don't worry about it. Just keep up your exercise.

Hello Keely, You say you are a vegetarian but at no point in your question do you mention having any vegetables or fibre ( branflakes )
You need them to keep your stomach feeling fuller for longer.
You are likely to be on a growth spurt, at these times you could eat for the world, never mind England.
You could pop over to the doctors on " nurse " day and get information an the best things to eat , to fill you up and keep you healthy. Even a chemist might have this information.
An alternative might be to get a good book from the library about vegetarian diets but do watch out for the crank diets.
As a growing youngster, your body needs 1500 calories if you are a girl and 2000 if your a boy. Hard to do by eating good healthy low fat foods or sweets.

Your still growing so your body needs the food. As long as your a healthy weight then it doesn't really matter much.
Some people feel hungry all the time through boredom, also you may be slightly dehydrated because sometimes the body confuses being thirsty with being hungry so maybe when you feel hungry you could drink a glass of water instead.

your body needs protein, fat, water, carbs, minerals & vitamins. If that is a typical day of what you eat then I am not surprised you are feeling hungry. Sounds like your body is craving what it needs, sending signals to you that you are hungry. You dont mention what cereal you had, but try a wholegrain cereal or muesli, shredded wheat etc, snack on nuts, seeds, fruit & veg, try adding wholemeal bread & pastas, brown rice. I'm not saying give up your favourite foods as you are a growing girl, but if you try maybe adding /swapping some of these foods into your diet it will help.
Cupcakes, m&m's, icecream, etc are full of sugar (although weight isnt the issue) they will make your blood sugars rise & fall like mad and are probably contributing to the hunger feeling.

You are eating too much simple carbs. Learn to eat complex carbs like grains and nuts.
You can find some of my suggestions in my blog although I am not vegetarian.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.

Why eat fake bologna?
If you think "meat is murder", why mock it in the same breath by pretending to eat it? Ya know?
But yeah, I wanted to eat 24/7 when I was younger. Hell, I still do. Kinda hungry now, by the way.
Also, you eat alot already. Your stomach is used to the quantity of food you give it. Slowly reduce the amount of food you eat per day over the course of a certain amount of time (a month, a few months, etc.). Your body will adapt and you'll find yourself eating less.
Easier said than done, though.

Eating plenty is perfectly OK! As long as its good stuff! I am currently trying to cut down my eating by counting calories, I have been satisfied on less than 1000 calories a day and that is eating 5 'smaller meals' a day.
Just try and eat good stuff instead of a binging on junk food, try carrot sticks!
Hope this helps.

Your diet is very high in sugar and salt.
When you eat too much sugar or salt it makes you even more hungry.
Try and get some more starchy foods in you. Oats, Brown bread, rice, potatoes, etc. Eating fruit is a better alternative to sweets and cake.
