I only have one DVI hookup for my TV & have a receiver & a PS3 that have to swap from the back of the TV when I a want to use each one of them. Do they make a splitter or something where I could hook both up to a switch or something so I wouldn't have to keep switching the DVI at the back of the TV

Yes. You can buy an HDMI switch; 2 or more inputs and one output. (You will need to connect your TV with a DVI to HDMi cable)

iogear (www.iogear.com) will sell you one that automatically detects which input is on and switch accordingly.

gefen is also one of the best brands out there for switches.
