There are many wonderful natural remedies for sunburns such as aloe vera, lavender oil, herbal compresses. Try a wonderful spray that I make with organic aloe vera, botanical infusions, and lavender and eucalyptus oils. Tons of my family and friends have used it (Sun Relief Spray) and they love it. It even helps treat other minor burns as well as sunburn. You just spray it on liberally and it instantly cools the burn as well as moisturizes the skin. Smells good too. It is available at www.calenhill.com

You should use lotion with aloe in it. Make sure the lotion doesn't contain a lot of alcohols or fragrance, which can be irritating to burned skin. To make it more refreshing, chill it in the fridge for a while before you put it on!

Aloe Vera for healing (the blue gel) with lidocaine(numbing agent for the ouch). Good luck. The lidocaine takes about ten minutes to kick in but it's great.

You can try solarcane. It's a spray that cools the burn. It is usually found next to the aloe lotions in the store (which you should also use).
