Spiritual Strength, Word or action...?

How many Christians use words more then actions about there spiritual guidebook. Lots of people in my view has a lot of good thoughts regarding what they should do and so fourth but lots of times when the stituation is presented, they don't seem to share those outlooks anymore. Who is all action here and who is all words here?

I have been faced with it and I am doing all I can, although God has already forgiven me, to avoid it. It means so much to me.
