i broke my leg about 4 years ago and it's been a pain ever since. if i walk on it too much it begins to hurt, and it's painful now. does anyone know why it's like this and has anyone got any ideas of how to stop this now and in the future!? help xx

Many times you will continue to feel pain after breaking a limb. It's obvious your body is telling you not to do as much walking as you want. The best thing for you to do is Swim, this places no stress on your bones. It will probably help you deal with the Pain better. A Jacuzzi or hot tub will give you a great deal of relief.

I broke my ankle 30 years ago and it still gives me incredible problems. It will never go away. Sometimes you just have to accept this.

i could see a kinesiologist or yet another well being care expert, make an appointment ASAP and in the mean time take some soreness reliever pills and likewise see a chiropractor and/or actual scientific care. sturdy success!
