if she has a cold shoulder and hasn't made positive feedback after you've hinted.I'd let it go. Go out with your friends and have a good time. Don't be sweatin' her at work!!Don't text her anymore. If she enjoyed the date,it would be so hard to get a second one. There are other ladies out there! At work be a professional take to her about work. And be just like you were before the first date.Take care!

First off, are you English?
Second, just let it go. Text, e-mail, or tell her that you'd like to go out a second time and then leave it. You don't want to be taken advantage of, and let's face it, girls that have a boy barking at their door 24/7 think that they'll ALWAYS be barking at their door.
Nice guys get treated like crap because they let themselves. I know that it's hard, but girls like it when a guy puts up a challenge. Not too much though. I don't know if I'm making sense, but just tell her how you feel and then just the hi and bye thing. Believe me, she'll start wondering what happened if you do this.

Chuffed?
Ok. I've found that it's best NOT to date within the workplace. Too many avenues for BS.

well it sounds like she really liked the date, but if she is treating you coldy then something is wrong. just ask her if she wants a second date or not, and if she says she doesnt like u in that way [wtf confusing person!] then say, "well i had a nice time with you so if you want to maybe just hang out then. not a date. but you know, to have fun" and if THAT goes well, she will probably be into you. dont push for another kiss. let her go to you.

Ask her to give you a call when shes free, or offer to take her out to lunch. Don't push it, but let her know you're available.
Oh yeah, STOP beating around the bush. Say what you want.

Either one: or she is interested in someone else, and she just invited you because she was bored and alone that time, or she wants to take it slow....you should give her some room, if after a few days you see she is not corresponding just forget her!be happy!

getting outa the friend zone its almost impossible here's what you do
find another girl(lets call her girl2) date her be succesful while ignoring your current "girl" for few days then pay attention to her but ignore the girl2 switch it around every 2/3 weeks and you'll see results

Um...this might sound a little *dated* and a little *lame*, but...uh...have you ever thought about picking a quiet time to simply go up to her and *ask* her out for another date?

i don't advise people to go out with coworkers but considering you already went out...just ask her: how about a second date?
And DON'T take it any further, don't not make a big deal out of it. plenty more fish in the sea.
