It means that you are beautiful looking as well as have a beautiful personality. You are a great person all the way around to him is what he is trying to say. He really likes you for who you are and thinks you are beautiful as well. This is a wonderful thing if he is sincere and means it. Most men focus solely on looks and actually never even know who the woman really is on the inside.
