Why my Microsoft office basic edition 2003 only include powerpoint viewer? I can't open the powerpoint, can I download from the internet for free? How can I do?

Hi,

The direct answer to your question is, "Yes, it does."

In addition, you can purchase PowerPoint all by itself without having to purchase the entire Office suite (you may have to shop around to find this item).

Hello; The basic Office program should include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel... If you only need to view powerpoint, then you can get the MS powerpoint viewer for free, from the MS website; www.microsoft.com. There are also free word viewers out there... Linux users have a program called "open office" and it's said to be completely compatible with Microsoft Office... I've heard it's also compatible with windows. Check it out!

I hope this helps;
