the victims dead.ppl that was with victim gave a totally different description of the shooter.everyone gave different stories.all witnesses is locked up during trail.

police lost the w22 forms.copz where in the wrong ,even judge was confused about how they got the excused killer with no one steppin up or no leading evidence to this case.

If there was no evidence, it will be reversed on appeal. However, it seems that you merely believe that the State's evidence was not credible. It is the jury's job to decide who they believed, and an appellate court will not reverse on an issue of credibility.

IF he was CONVICTED, the jury obviously believes there WAS evidence. Most states allow 17 year olds to be tried as adults in some cases. If someone is tried as an adult, they can be sentenced to life without possibility of parole. Since your question implies that is a CHARGE, not a sentence, I suspect you don't understand what happened in the case. If it took 3 years for the case to come to trial, and the defense did not get the case thrown out for being denied a speedy trial, it is likely the defense requested several delays. This indicates there was PLENTY of evidence to consider when preparing the case.

at 17 most likely charged as an adult plus age at time of conviction has nothing to due with it
