So, you're telling me that when I verbally berate someone, I am also verbally berating Christ? What if that other person is an Atheist?

David said God restore unto me the joy of my salvation.
It is hard to do anything in the name of God under their own power.
David said even after he got a man killed because he sinned with his wife. He said lord against you and you only have I sinned.
When we disobey the word of God,we go against him. Sure people are sinned against. But When we reject the word of the Lord when we know better we are guilty as sin.
It is not a practice to follow the teachings of the word of God.
It is a mandate to do what the word says; a command.
Now your question says how many people follow the teachings of followers of Christ? The problem is we often do not get the word first hand. Do we always pray for answers and seek God for it? Do we go to the word as a reference for our lives on our own.? Wanting our own way! Can we council God? 1 John chapter 1.Confess our sins.

I think this is actually a very good question, so I don't understand why people have to be so RUDE.
ANYONE can try to be Christ-like, whether they're a Christian or not.
Anyway, to answer your question, I try to, most of the time. But I still fail.

No. I practice "do no harm", and what I do will come back to me three fold. Very powerful stuff there. If everything I do, good/bad is going to hit me back three times stronger/longer/harder, I will choose to do good....At least I try.

It's not an easy thing to do. You want to help others, but, for one reason or another, it's difficult or impossible.
GOD bless
