my friends say its sick but we havent even kissed so how is that sick, we just like being near each other, we really like each other. but i am worried.

Your last sentence is correct,you should be worried! Your friend could go to jail.If you care for him ,and want to be an adult show how you care for him,by staying away from him.I understand you can't help who you are attracted to.But it's the law in most states, you are too young. If you wait a couple of years,it will be o.k. If it's meant to be ,he'll still be there when you are of a legal age.Take care!

There is nothing wrong with this at all !
When i was 17 my ex was 14 . This is normal in this day and age , There is nothing wrong with you going out with a more mature guy ! As long as hes good to you and you both care about each other !
Dont listen to what your friends say . Because when there in the same situation then they will understand .
At my work at the moment there is a girl whos 16 and she is hooked up with a guy whos 40+ so it does not matter on the age .
People shouldnt look at the age to see if its right or wrong , Its down to the two people what they want and feel about each other !

You are TOO YOUNG TO BE DATING, MUCH LESS DATING A GUY THIS MUCH OLDER THAN YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He needs to be around girls that are closer to his age (16 AND 17) and you need to have time to get to know yourself before you date. I would put off DATING UNTIL AT LEAST 16.
There are alot of pressures that come with dating at any age - much less at such a young age.
Don't be like the girls where I live (very young girls) that are 13, 14, 15 and up and having a baby because they started dating so young.
It is like I told my oldest daughter - You are only young once, after that you have to be an adult the rest of your life. Enjoy your youth -it only lasts a short time and then it is over FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!

eww, u must be one good looking girl, because that is extremely uncool to be 17 and thinking about little 14 year olds, when he can have fully developed 16 or 18 year old with more maturity. If your having sex with him yea your definately his girl friend but i'm 17 and i'm a girl and the guys i know would consider that lame

You may want to check with the Dept of Child Services in your area. IT is ILLEGAL to have sex with a 14 year old even if he is age 17! Not that you are there but ya know with a 17 year old, HORMONES! My daughter is 13 and I have threatened to have several guys arrested for texting her or calling her. They are 17 and 18 years old for the love of Pete!!! BIG RED FLAG TO ME. Sorry, I know thats probably not what you wanted to hear, but it is TRUE. :-( Good luck....

I hate to be the barrer of bad news but no ,it's not okay. It's allegal actually and you could get him into alot of trouble. If you like that much you will let things go and break it off before something happens that both of you regret.

Its sooo not sick If youy like him and know each others ages and comfortable with your ages than its ok. That still wont change your friends oppinions though.

you're underage and you have sex with him, he would be committing statutory rape - why would a 17 yr old want to date a 14 yr old? Too much age diff at that age
