Christians are just like everybody else. Some are boring, some are not. Some give the rest a bad name.

Well, I think that regular, everyday Christians are the same as everyone else. Some good, some bad, some not to smart, some intellectuals, etc. They are no different then the average in any other religion or non-religious group.

I am one of those everyday Christians. I live my life as I think Jesus would have me to do. I try to help others and be kind. I don't preach to anyone.
I just live.
My life is not boring.
I just don't care about getting drunk every night, passing out, and sleeping with a different person all the time. I don't think it's fun to go out looting and damaging other people's property. (not saying that non-Christians do all of this, but some people seem to think it's fun to drink until you pass out.)
If that makes me boring to you, so be it.

Most people think we're party poopers. But I was a non- Christian for many years before converting and I can tell you I've had a lot more fun as a Christian than as a non-Christian.

I think "people" are either boring or interesting. I've not found any real evidence that suggests such things as religion would impact someone's personality THAT much. It guides their lives sure. Being agnostic myself, I get along with everyone and have friends who Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Mormon- you name it -and when I meet some of their friends I don't find all of them interesting.
I just don't think it has anything to do with their religion; they're simply human.

Christians represent 80% of the U.S. There are good ones and bad ones. Fun ones and boring ones. Smart ones and well, oblivious ones...
You can't really make a generalization of a whole religious group, especially when it comes to being over 2 billion people.

I am with the ones that have answered that it is ok to be a christian as long as they do not try to convert me in anyway. Religion of any sort is dogma and I find that extremely boring.

Most of them are nice, normal people. However, they do provide the power base for the whacko religious nutcakes out there. Without the huge mass of gullible but well-intentioned believers, people like Pat Robertson and Jim Bakker and Jerry Falwell* and Creflo Dollar could not exist; without them, extremists like Fred Phelps couldn't have come into being. I think the ordinary believers have to realize that they have partial responsibility for these money-grubbing hate mongers.
*I include Falwell because even though he is dead, his empire hasn't faltered in the slightest. His minions will continue to rake in billions and build more mega-churches while poor people--to whom Jesus said to minister--go hungry. And all the while, it is the kind, caring, gullible, ordinary folk who are financing it.

Well, I think they can be great people. In general, I don't find them any more boring than anyone else to be honest.

I think they're about the same as non-Christians. Some are awfully boring, some aren't.
