you need to do a variation of chest exersises I am not sure what you currently do but a full chest workout works out the pectorial major and pectorial minorious . The pec majors is regualar old bench press which has mad you chest get hard and bulk up . That along with things like dumbell flys and dubbell presses will work the majority of your chest a few good exercises to work your upper chest are incline bench incline dumbell press and cable cross overs . But you seem to be concerned with your lower pecs which can be worked a number of ways my two favorite are bent arm pull over in which you hold a dumbell over your head and lower it slowly behind your head and bring it back straight up in the arm , the other is a variation of cable cross overs in which you grab the lower cables stand upright and pull them up as to make an X motion with your arms . You will know you are doing it right when you feel your chest squeezing together. There is also a decline bench and a decline dumbell pressthe last 4 i mentioned work specifically on your lower pecs and will harden that spot that feels soft

You can find little ways to lose weight... not drinking soda is a great start! Take the stairs... blah blah blah... lol just everyday healthier options. Maybe, everyday before you go to sleep, do 50 situps and 20 pushups or so? You know, just at first. To start small. Wake up a little earlier than normal and go for jogs. Look up chest exercises on google for ones specifically for moobs. :) Register with a fitness club, they have people there who can show you which machines would work for what you specifically want. And, by the way, unless you're short... 180-190 is not that big!

hey beginner body builder over here, u wanna know how i got hard pecs?
pushups!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
u might hate em but they actually work PERFECTLY for chest
but theres a certain way
first off, every morning stretch before u eat breakfast and get as many pushups as u can out(good thing about this is, you can FEEL it in ur chest and tri's)
then during the day( it can be more than once, whenever im bored ill get down and start doing them loll) do pushups, but when doing them...go down slow(about 2 seconds slow) the come up slow(same, about 2 second)
u wont get as MANY as u got out that morning cuz u ate and u were doin them more concentrated
but ur gunna feel it MAJORLY in ur chest then
(remember do em whenever u can or feel bored
and finally at night.....rep em out..go full speed get as many as u can out
i think sum1 said it, but chest workouts are important
mostly BENCH PRESSSS...that will give u hard pecs
u said u had pecs but around ur nipples it didnt quite look right(soft) around ur nipple
i had the same problem, if u follow my pushups plan and do bench press, the nipple will start moving down and the area around it will start becoming big and hard

They aren't man boobs. Defined muscles have a layer of fat beneath the skin, so they are soft, it isn't a big layer, it is just a layer right before the muscle can be felt.

It might help to stop drinking milk. Some milk cows are given hormones to make them lactate more and if males drink those chemicals it stimulates breast growth. But be sure and take calcium supplements if you stop drinking milk. Seriously, that is important.
