A direct flight from Los Angeles to Manila would be approx. 15 Hrs 31 Min. You can get flight times for airports all over the world at https://www.jets.com/

It's 13:05 non-stop from Los Angeles to Manila on Philippine Airlines. If you use a Taiwan, Japanese or Hong Kong based airline it will be about 15-16 hours or more flight time plus any layovers depending on the time of year you go.

I don't know but when i used Eva Air to get from Cali to Taiwan, it took somewhere from 11-13 hours. To the Philippines, should be around the same time.
