It only hurts for the first time because you're not used to having something go in there.
It only hurts for the first couple of times, trust me this is normal.
What you could do is get a dildo or something about the same size as his, or maybe a bit smaller.
And then just slowly put it in and out so your body is used to having something up there.
Then maybe next time it won't hurt so bad, but it will go away after doing it a couple of times.
Also try a good lubricant so it goes in easier.

Were you nervous? if you were nervous or tense then the muscles contract so that it becomes tight. I had sex for the first time in february it hurt so much but i realized it was because i was tense. It shouldn't hurt the next time you do it but if it does if you go to the doctors they can give you something because theres a condition where the muscles tighten during sex and it hurt both people but if you try like massages and things to calm the atmosphere you should be fine.
Hope this helps.

yeh, so i know you dont want to hear it but maybe you really weren't ready or wet enough. and it was your first time....
it always hurts the first time. i dont think your extremely tight or small i just think you need to take your time, dont rush it, and if you are worried about the pain the whole time it will hurt. you really need to keep your mind open and not think about pain or if it will hurt this time, etc.
woman need to use all their senses to get in the mood and really enjoy sex where as men need one thing on the job!
make sure your boyfriend satisfy's you. get him to go down on you - that should make you pretty ready. also use some lube. once you are ready and get past that point, of first entry, it will be fine!!

omg i just had my first time today in fact n it hurt like hell! i knew it would hurt b/c of the hymen, which is a little flap that covers the vagina a little. but once my bf did break it, the pain wans't as unbearable. all in all tho i'd still rate my first time as 3 out of 10. and i'm pretty sure it won't hurt the next time we do it or maybe just a little bit. but yahh definitely try to deal w/ the pain like i did.

I totally know where your coming from and it is totally normal that it hurt so bad. My first time i was crying and shaking so bad. It hurt for a couples of times after that. Unfortunately all you can do is suck it up and take the pain. After a while it will get better and better, but the first couples of times always hurts a lot.

I had to just deal with the pain. But there are certain disorders that some women have where sex is always painful regardless of how many times you have had it before. Good luck sweetie.

I say search the internet for first time sex and learn about the hymen.
Yeah it is suppose to hurt until you are loosen up and you hymen breaks, that can be a mess.
But make sure you are really aroused before he penetrates you... that will help.

there are some medical reasons for this as well... if you have indometriosis, then that can also make sex extremely painful.
even if it is your first experience, it should not hyave been that painful if he only went halfway in... next time try to use a lubricant. that may also help more than you know.

The first couple times are going to hurt but the more times you two are together the more bearable it becomes. It is just one of the consequences that come from having sex.

from what my friends tell me, sex for the first time hurts. although they never told me that it hurt THAT bad. but they said that its just an experience that your body gets used to. they said usually second to third time was when the pain was gone. just take it slow the first time, thats all. thats what they said at least. so yea, i'd say its normal.
