When I use my Foreman, I usually marinate with spicy italian dressing ( Kraft or Newman's brand) or else marinate in a little beer with minced garlic. Both turn out great & are something different than the usual bbq this time of year.......

some olive oil and dill is great to rub on or just some simple garlic powder or lemon pepper adds a dash of flavor. Or if you have some Italian salad dressing, let the breasts marinate for about 25 minutes in that - - its always a quick fix!

I like to put the breast into a zip lock bag and pour in some Ken's Steakhouse Northern Italian dressing and let it soak infor as long as you can. The best is when you can let it sit in the marinade for a day or 2, the meat becomes so tender!

i got here upon a recipe someplace for filled poultry besides the undeniable fact that this is been a month or 2 so i cant quote the quantities! We chopped clean basil (they sell it in our produce area in plastic applications and that i used an entire certainly one of those for 4 poultry breasts) combination that alongside with the zest from one orange, some minced garlic. and a (2 oz..i think of- i might desire to have used a touch greater although) piece of mozzarella cheese for each. there might have been salt and pepper with the mixture yet im uncertain. shop the small establishing closed with a toothpick or 2. then you definitely placed salt and pepper on the exterior and pour some olive oil on the cookie sheet and rub all factors of the poultry on the oil and bake. The recipe mentioned to apply poultry with the bone and dermis (i think of to maintain it moist) yet i could somewhat use boneless for each little thing.. notwithstanding if it grew to become right into a touch dry. in case you attempt this one, i'm hoping you like it... i could deliver you the recipe if i might desire to bear in mind the place it got here from!

I like it with teriyaki sauce. But I don't have a recipe for the stuff -- I buy it at the store.
