You know where the picture is all greyscale but some parts of it are in full colour to bring them out and make you notice them, how do i do this, is there any programs i can download?

Easy to do in Photoshop, and probably done in a similar way with other programs. First, carefully trace the part you want to remain in color, using the polygonal lasso tool. Then go to select, then inverse selection. In enhance, go to adjust color, adjust hue/saturation, and finally drop the saturation to -100.

there is a website that you dont have to download, go to picnik.com create a free account click/upload a picture them click create and the effect is called focal black and white, when the picture is done, you can save the new version to your computer.

firstly u have to checjk the colour status and change it accordingly and there are also loads of programmes that you can use try photoshop and picassa these are the best programmes i have found
